This policy explains how Lushah Digital Inc. (“Lushah”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit lushah.com or contact us. We follow Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
We share information only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, for example our web host (Hostinger), our email provider and, if enabled, analytics providers. Some of these providers may store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local laws. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Payments: when you buy a package or plan, your payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. Stripe collects your name, email, billing address and card details directly and handles them under its own privacy policy. We receive confirmation of your payment and your contact and billing details, but never your full card number. Stripe may process data outside Canada, including in the United States.
Our site uses cookies that are needed for it to work (for example, caching and security). Analytics cookies, if used, help us measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
We keep enquiry messages for as long as needed to respond and to keep reasonable business records, normally no longer than two years unless you become a client. Client records are kept as required for accounting and legal purposes.
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, access controls and reputable hosting providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent and ask us to delete it, subject to legal requirements. To make a request, email us at info@lushah.com.
