Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with your project. This policy explains what happens if you change your mind or want to cancel.

One-time projects

• Before work starts: full refund, less any third-party costs already paid for you (such as a domain or theme licence).
• After work starts, before design approval: 50% refund of the project fee.
• After you approve the design: no refund, as the main work has been done. We will deliver the files completed so far.
• 24-Hour Website: full refund if we have not started. Once building has started, the fee is non-refundable. If we miss the 24-business-hour deadline after receiving all of your content, we refund 50% of the fee.

Monthly plans

Cancel anytime before your next billing date and you will not be charged again. Monthly fees already paid are not refunded, and the plan stays active until the end of the paid month.

Yearly plans

You can cancel within 14 days of payment for a full refund, as long as we have not delivered work under the plan. After that, yearly plans are non-refundable but will not renew if you cancel before the renewal date. We email a reminder 14 days before each yearly renewal.

Bundles

A bundle’s build and plan follow the rules above for each part. If you cancel the plan in a yearly bundle within the first 12 months, the 10% build discount is deducted from any refund owed.

Third-party costs

Hosting, domains, apps, themes, plugins and stock assets bought from third parties follow their own refund rules and are not refundable by us.

How to cancel or request a refund

Email info@lushah.com with your name and the service. We reply within two business days, and approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act, 2002.
